Paul holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Construction Management from Eindhoven University of Technology. He spent years with contractor companies in Europe, Dubai and the United States before founding PPP Equity.

It began with his own investment in a single project. Family and friends joined for the next ones, and today private investors back larger developments. We still approach every asset the way a builder does: cost, construction quality and long-term value first.
